Born in Australia, lived in Munich, resident in Spain. I am driving remotely dispersed teams since 2007, covering Europe, North America, LATAM, Middle East and Africa.

Studies at IESE Advanced Management Program (international PADE) and Masters degree in Telecommunications Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.


Lead numerous programs execution for global service providers in their transition from 2G (GSM) to 3G, 4G and ultimate evolution to networks virtualization with 5G. Worked with a wide range of telecom solutions: Radio Access, Fixed Access, wireless devices, IP and Optical Networks and Services domains.

Lecturer and speaker at companies, universities and business schools. 2023 published author (“¿Síndrome de la impostora? Liderando en femenino”) by Editorial Universitaria Ramón Areces.

Defined the business plan for +600M€ net income generating unit, governance related balanced scorecards and key performance metrics for both operational and functional strategies.

Since 2017 I am transforming business operations legacy processes and tools.

Implementing efficiency improvements through the introduction of automation, raise of data analytics and data literacy in the business unit comprised by +650 employees.
